THE STOP PAYMENT EXTENSION FORM IS TO BE USED ONLY AFTER A STOP PAYMENT HAS BEEN INITIATED ON NETTELLER OR BANKLINE.
An electronic Stop Payment order is binding for only fourteen (14) calendar days unless confirmed in writing within that period. To extend this request beyond 14 days, please printout the Stop Payment Extension Form and mail the completed form to the bank.
