The Neffs National Bank has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting customers with new and existing accounts. They open and close deposit accounts, assist with IRA transactions, order new checks, answer and direct customer inquiries made in person and over the phone, and collect customer information to maintain accurate reports and documents. Skills and abilities required are: ability to accurately process transactions in a timely manner, strong interpersonal skills, professional manner, ability to multitask, strong math skills and reading comprehension and proficient problem solving ability.
