If you feel you are a victim of fraud or if your Card or Personal Identification Number is lost or stolen, promptly notify The Neffs National Bank by calling 610-767-3875 during normal business hours or 1-888-297-3416 after hours. We do offer 24/7 365 Debit Card Fraud support that will reach out to you by text for any purchase that appears fraudulent so that you can accept/deny the transaction.
