Consumer Loan Officer​

The Neffs National Bank is seeking a Consumer Loan Officer. The Retail Lenders/Officers acquire new consumer customers, analyzes customer financials, prepares required loan documents and makes/recommends credit decisions. Retail Lenders/Officers obtain necessary financial documents, follow up on delinquent accounts and assist others in the loan department as needed. All Retail Lenders serve on the Loan Review Committee and other committees as necessary. Knowledge of retail lending, including mortgages and lending regulations, with a minimum of 5 years lending experience is required. Basic understanding of commercial lending a plus. Loan Support Specialist I​

The Neffs National Bank has an opening for a Loan Support Specialist I. The Loan Support Specialist I is responsible for performing administrative tasks in the loan department. Tasks include assisting with completion, tracking, and verification of various loan documents, answering customer questions, and updating loan reports. Skills and abilities required are: ability to multi-task; good verbal and written communication to convey information effectively; proficient in Excel and Word. Banking/loan experience preferred.
