IT/Data Processing Specialist I
The Neffs National Bank is seeking a full-time IT/Data Processing Specialist I. The IT/Data Processing Specialist I is responsible for maintaining data and processing transactions following proper procedures and in accordance to applicable laws. He/she uploads and processes information from various sources, performs data entry research and corrections, performs system backups and updates, and other related tasks. He/she will assist with common help desk functions. Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience or training preferred. Banking related training a plus. Must have strong computer and data entry skills. Strong math skills and reading comprehension are necessary.

Assistant Head Teller/Banking Associate Assistant Supervisor
The Neffs National Bank is seeking an Assistant Head Teller/Banking Associate Assistant Supervisor at our Walnutport Branch. The Teller is generally the first point of contact for customers and must greet them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. He/she processes customer deposit and withdrawal transactions, loan payments, processes cashier checks, accepts and processes coin transactions, among other banking needs.
The Assistant Head Teller performs the same duties as the Teller while also assisting the Head Teller/Supervisor with the operations of the teller line including training, scheduling, processing transactions, and handling customer resolutions.
Candidate must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of banking/teller experience. Must have proficient mathematical skills, ability to accurately process transactions in a timely manner, a positive attitude, professional demeanor and be able to set a good example for the teller line. Vice President Retail Lending
The Neffs National Bank is seeking a Vice President Retail Lending. The Retail Lenders/Officers acquire new consumer customers, analyzes customer financials, prepares required loan documents and makes/recommends credit decisions. Retail Lenders/Officers obtain necessary financial documents, follow up on delinquent accounts and assist others in the loan department as needed. All Retail Lenders serve on the Loan Review Committee and other committees as necessary. Knowledge of retail lending, including mortgages and lending regulations, with a minimum of 5 years lending experience is required. Basic understanding of commercial lending a plus.
