Loan Support Specialist I
The Neffs National Bank has an opening for a Loan Support Specialist I. The Loan Support Specialist I is responsible for performing administrative tasks in the loan department. Tasks include assisting with completion, tracking, and verification of various loan documents, answering customer questions, and updating loan reports. Skills and abilities required are: ability to multi-task; good verbal and written communication to convey information effectively; proficient in Excel and Word. Banking/loan experience preferred.
Full-Time and Part-Time Teller/Banking Associates
The Neffs National Bank is an independent community bank serving the Lehigh Valley for over a 100 years. As the bank continues to grow we are seeking full-time and part-time Teller/Banking Associates for our Neffs, Walnutport, and, opening late 2025, Palmerton locations. The Teller/Banking Associate is generally the first point of contact for customers and must greet them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. He/she processes customer deposit and withdrawal transactions, loan payments, money orders and cashier checks, coins for cash exchange, among other banking needs. Candidate must have a high school diploma and banking/teller experience is preferred.
