Retail Lender
The Neffs National Bank is seeking a Retail Lender. The Retail Lender acquires new consumer customers, analyzes customer financials, prepares required loan documents and makes/recommends credit decisions. Retail Lenders obtain necessary financial documents, follow up on delinquent accounts and assist others in the loan department as needed. All retail lenders serve on the Loan Review Committee. Knowledge of retail lending, including mortgages and lending regulations, with a minimum of 5 years lending experience is required. Full-Time and Part-Time Teller/Banking Associates
The Neffs National Bank is an independent community bank serving the Lehigh Valley for over a 100 years. As the bank continues to grow we are seeking full-time and part-time Teller/Banking Associates for our Neffs, Walnutport, and, opening late 2025, Palmerton locations. The Teller/Banking Associate is generally the first point of contact for customers and must greet them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. He/she processes customer deposit and withdrawal transactions, loan payments, money orders and cashier checks, coins for cash exchange, among other banking needs. Candidate must have a high school diploma and banking/teller experience is preferred. Compliance Specialist
The Neffs National Bank is seeking a Compliance Specialist to perform various compliance, audit, and reporting functions to assists the Compliance Officer. The Compliance Specialist will maintain a focus on loans, CRA, HMDA, and audit reviews. He/she will also assist with overall banking compliance needs and BSA tasks.
