Deposit Operations Supervisor/Assistant Manager
The Neffs National Bank has an opening for a Deposit Operations Supervisor/Assistant Manager. The Deposit Operations Supervisor/Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily tasks and oversight of the Deposit Operations Department along with backup responsibilities to the Deposit Operations Manager. The Deposit Operations Department provides assistance to bank personnel and customers with deposit operations services, including: ACH, debit cards, error resolution, wire transfers, online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, and remote deposit capture. The supervisor/assistant manager will also assist with the research of related new products, services and technology and the review of applicable policies and procedures. He/she is also responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and transaction processing for all deposit operations / electronic banking systems. Bachelors in Business, IT or equivalent on-the-job experience plus 5+ years banking or related experience is required. AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain within first 2 years of employment.
Deposit Operations Specialist
The Neffs National Bank is seeking a full-time Deposit Operations Specialist. The Deposit Operations Specialist provides assistance to bank personnel and customers with deposit operations services, including: ACH, Debit Cards, error resolution, online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture. He/she also assists with the research of new products, services and technology and maintain accurate customer records and transaction processing for all deposit operations/electronic banking systems. Must have 3+ years banking or related experience, knowledge and understanding of deposit operations products and services, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Associates degree in Business, IT or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred.
Assistant Branch Manager
The Neffs National Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Walnutport branch.
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager with the operations of the branch by overseeing the day to day activities of branch personnel and providing leadership and guidance to the team. The Assistant Branch Manager monitors service and mentors staff to achieve goals and enforces bank policies, procedures, and regulations. He/she opens and closes deposit and loan accounts. The Assistant Branch Manager maintains a high standard of customer service to gain and retain customers. At least 5 years’ banking experience required along with Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent experience. Must maintain NMLS number.
Loan Support Specialist I
The Neffs National Bank has an opening for a Loan Support Specialist I. The Loan Support Specialist I is responsible for performing administrative tasks in the loan department. Tasks include assisting with completion, tracking, and verification of various loan documents, answering customer questions, and updating loan reports. Skills and abilities required are: ability to multi-task; good verbal and written communication to convey information effectively; proficient in Excel and Word. Banking/loan experience preferred.
Retail Lender
The Neffs National Bank is seeking a Retail Lender. The Retail Lender acquires new consumer customers, analyzes customer financials, prepares required loan documents and makes/recommends credit decisions. Retail Lenders obtain necessary financial documents, follow up on delinquent accounts and assist others in the loan department as needed. All retail lenders serve on the Loan Review Committee. Knowledge of retail lending, including mortgages and lending regulations, with a minimum of 5 years lending experience is required.
