The Neffs National Bank believes in supporting our local community through providing funds, volunteer hours, hosting drives and community events. This year we provided over $216,000 in financial support alone. Our efforts included participating in the EITC program ($100,000 donation to local education foundations), donations to local emergency service providers, educational foundations and programs, agricultural programs, community service organizations and foodbanks. Over $4,400 was gifted as part of our employee and customer match giving initiative. Through this initiative the bank matched all donations raised by employees and our customers each month for a non-profit organization chosen by our employees.

The Neffs National Bank also holds several community events to raise comradery and engagement with our customers and the public. Customer Appreciation Day, a shred event, and other activities during Community Banking Month, Oktoberfest, Toys for Tots, food & school item drives etc., all are held annually to support our local community.

Marketing Section- Best Creative Print & Digital/Social Media 

For the year 2024 we focused our campaign around the theme “Bank Easy, Bank Local”. We wanted to convey to our audience that by banking local and “small” you could simplify your banking needs. We offer modern day technology with local customer service. Sub themes of our ads included “Stress Free Banking”, “Stay Local for Your Mortgage” as well as a theme that focused on our physical location “Where the Heck is Neffs?”

We also utilized giveaways as a way to incorporate more creative content as well as add value to our customers when they opened new accounts. Promotions included a “Grow” your accounts with a free garden seed bundle, “Here’s a Bright Idea” with a light bulb giveaway, “Free and Clean Checking” giveaway with a laundry bundle, and we finished off with a “Feel the Love” Valentine’s giveaway in 2025.
